Description

Node (image or shape)

Drag and Drop Node

Hold the mouse  left-click to drag an image from the left element palette and release on the right panel

Connect Nodes

Left click a start node then click an end node, a connection will appear.

Edit Node Text

Left click the text (under the image node or at the top of the rectangular shape)

Delete Node [Menu]

Click or select a node to show its context menu, and click the “Delete Image”

Send to Back [Menu]

Click or select a node to show its context menu, and click the “Send to Back”

Bring to Front [Menu]

Click or select a node to show its context menu, and click the “Bring to Front”

Line (node connection)

Edit Line Text [Menu]

Right click a line to show its context menu, and click the “Edit Line Text” to enter or change the line text

Delete Line [Menu]

Right click a line to show its context menu, and click the “Delete Line”

Toggle Arrow End [Menu]

Right click a line to show its context menu, and click the “Toggle Arrow End” to switch between the default straight line and arrow line.

Diagram

Save as Image

Right click the diagram to show the context menu, and click the “Save as Image”

Export XML

Right click the diagram to show the context menu, and click the “Export XML” to save the diagram for later use.

Import XML

Right click the diagram to show the context menu, and click the “Import XML” to import the diagram you saved earlier.

Menu Bar

Standard Mode

Change the tool to standard A-ESA mode that includes a set of basic elements plus some commonly-used assistive elements.

Lean Mode

Change the tool to lean A-ESA mode that includes a minimal set of elements for agile, quick or small solutions.
